You have 30 days from the day you receive your rugs to lay them out and decide whether or not they are suitable for the spaces you intend to use it for.

The buyer is responsible for all returns and must pay for return shipping to one of our warehouses in Switzerland.
If the goods are defective, Hadorn.com will bear the return shipping costs.
