All our rugs are in stock and will be shipped within a reasonable time after your order. On average, delivery takes 1-3 working days within Switzerland and 3-5 working days worldwide.

We are a family business with over 100 years experience in the carpet trade. So you can be sure that thanks to our overseas connections and our ability to source and produce directly, you will receive the highest quality products at a fraction of the retail price.

We do NOT charge a restocking fee. We know it's already difficult when your order doesn't suit you. That's why we don't want to frustrate you even more by charging you unnecessary return fees that you would expect elsewhere.

The buyer is responsible for all returns. However, we will help you with the rates and other necessary details. We have warehouses around the world and you can use the nearest warehouse in case of a return, for which we will email you the return details and return number.

We process all returns and issue refunds to your payment method within 7-10 working days of receiving the goods.
