While we like to think that every rug we ship is the perfect rug for every customer, we know that's not always the case. If it turns out that your rug does not meet your expectations, you can simply return it!
Hadorn.com is proud to offer a 30-day return policy from receipt of your order.
Customers must report the return of products to customer service. Products must be properly packaged with all accessories. Damaged products will not be taken back or the customer will be charged the full amount.
If the customer makes use of his right of return, Hadorn will refund the entire product price. Any shipping costs incurred will not be included in the refund.
At Hadorn we reserve the right to offer refunds to customers in the form of store credit or vouchers. This may be in situations where a refund of the purchase price is not possible or may be offered as an alternative to a direct refund. We reserve the right to decide on the type of refund depending on the individual circumstances of the case.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of the return package.
