All delivery options and collections are available to the customer as listed in the online store at the checkout.
If the customer does not collect the ordered products on the agreed or announced delivery date, we may terminate (cancel) the contract and charge the customer for the delivery costs incurred and any loss in value.
If the customer does not collect the ordered products from a store within 14 calendar days of readiness for collection (collection from a store), Hadorn may terminate (cancel) the contract.
We generally deliver to the customer's home within 1 to 3 working days for orders in Switzerland and 3 to 5 working days for orders in the EU. For all other international shipments, delivery times may be longer.
Delivery times are general and not guaranteed.
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 99, otherwise a shipping fee of CHF 20 will be charged with the order.
