For all other countries, the shipping costs are CHF 20 per order, regardless of the order value.


All our rugs are in stock and will be shipped within a reasonable time after your order. On average, delivery takes 1-3 working days within Switzerland and 3-5 working days worldwide.


The buyer does not have to pay taxes. The prices listed online are the final prices for each rug.

We are a family business with over 100 years of experience in the rug trade. So you can be sure you're getting the highest quality products at a fraction of the retail price, thanks to our overseas connections and ability to buy and manufacture direct.


We do NOT charge a restocking fee. We know it's already difficult when your order doesn't suit you. That's why we don't want to frustrate you even more by charging you unnecessary return fees that you would expect elsewhere.


The buyer is responsible for all returns. However, we will help you with the rates and other necessary details. We have warehouses around the world and you can use the nearest warehouse in case of a return, for which we will email you the return details and return number.


We process all returns and issue refunds to your payment method within 7-10 working days of receiving the goods.
